DIGIWEIGH REWARDS Terms and Conditions
Membership
DIGIWEIGH Reward® program Membership ("Membership") is open to U.S. residents (excluding U.S. territories) of at least 21 years of age. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age or older and by using this program, you agree to the terms and conditions of the program. Your Membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your Membership is valid only at participating www.digiweighclub.com Enrollment begins upon activation online, on the day of enrollment. Your Membership will not expire unless you are against program rules and removed from the program.
Employees of DIGIWEIGH, its affiliates, resellers and subsidiaries, and others who are eligible for DIGIWEIGH wholesale prices are not eligible for Membership in the DIGIWEIGH Reward. We have the right to cancel your points if you are one of the above.
Earn Points
As a member of DIGIWEIGH Reward program, earn 1 or more point ("Point") for the purchase of eligible DIGIWEIGH scale or other products (see "Non-Qualifying Items" below) when you register your points with the item number, reward code and product bar code. The item number and reward code are located on the reward card in the product package. The product bar code is usually located on the bottom of the scale or in the battery chamber. Earn additional Points through special offers and promotions. When products are returned to the store or by mail, Points will be deducted from your Reward program account for that purchase/return. Membership, Points have no cash value. Membership and Points are nontransferable.
Customers are required to register the points after product purchase. You point will not be added to your account unless you register it. To register your points, you need to log in www.digiweighclub.com and go to My Points Summary page. Click "Register Points", you will be redirected to the register page. Type in Item number, Reward code and Product bar code and click "Register Points". If the information typed in is correct, your points will be added to your account.
In the case of missing or lost of your un-registered reward card of your scale, you may contact us and provide proof of purchase, item number, item bar code and reward sign (showing below) (cut from the product box) and mail to DIGIWEIGH Rewards Center, 15830 El Prado Rd, Unit B, Chino, CA 91708. Postage has to be prepaid and DIGIWEIGH is not responsible for missing mails. As soon as we receive your mail, we will verify and post points under your account.
Not all DIGIWEIGH products are eligible for the Reward Program. You may refer to the Product Showroom page and check the "Points to earn per unit" value. "0" means the product is not eligible for the Reward Program. Otherwise the value stands for the points you could earn for every product you purchase.
Get Rewards
You may spend your points for merchandise only on the www.digiweighclub.com You can go to Redeem Merchandise page and check the needed points of every merchandise. When you click "Redeem", you will be asked to confirm your shipping information. When you click "Submit", your request will be sent to us. We will verify your request and ship the merchandise to you. Process time is 7-15 days. All merchandises will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Postage will be paid by DIGIWEIGH. You may check your redeem status on the "My Redeemed Merchandise" page. DIGIWEIGH is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address or changes in other contact information. DIGIWEIGH is not responsible for warranty of redeemed merchandises, although we will check functionality before sending them out.
Redeemable merchandises' availability is subject to inventory. DIGIWEIGH reserves the right to modify availability of merchandises on www.digiweighclub.com
Non-Qualifying Items
DIGIWEIGH Reward Program Points will not be earned for the products showing "0" value of "points to earn per unit" on the Product Showroom page.
Membership Cancellation, Modification, Expiration and Termination
You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying Member Services by mail, e-mail or telephone. Cancellation may take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize.
DIGIWEIGH, at any time, terminate or modify the DIGIWEIGH Reward program and program rules without any further obligations to members.
DIGIWEIGH reserves the right to terminate your membership, in its sole discretion.

The DIGIWEIGH Reward program is brought to you by AC International Corp. ("DIGIWEIGH"). By becoming a member of the DIGIWEIGH Reward program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from DIGIWEIGH. DIGIWEIGH, the DIGIWEIGH logo and other logos are the intellectual property of AC International Corp, licensed to AC International Corp, and others under controlled conditions. Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.
Privacy Policy
